NLCS: Jhoulys Chacin Shuts Down Dodgers In 4-0 Milwaukee Win

NL Championship Series Game Three: Milwaukee Brewers 4 LA Dodgers 0

Chacin: 2nd playoff win
Jhoulys Chacin tossed 5 1/3 innings of shutout ball, lifting the Brewers to a two-games-to-one lead in the NL Championship series Monday night in Los Angeles.

Chacin, who has yet to be scored upon in the post-season, shut down the Dodgers on three hits, walking two and striking out six for his second playoff win this season. He worked five innings on October 5th, when the Brewers took game two of the divisional series versus Colorado, 4-0.

The Brewers scored single runs in the first and sixth innings, adding two more on Orlando Arcia's seventh inning home run.

The series resumes Tuesday in Los Angeles with game four scheduled to start at 9:09 pm ET.

American League

There were no AL games on Monday. Game three of the ALCS is on for Tuesday in Houston, 5:09 pm ET. The Astros and Red Sox are tied, one game apiece.
